About Elcrest
Elcrest is an Exploration and Production Company focused on Oil and Gas Development and Production in Nigeria. It is a Joint Venture between Starcrest(55%) and Eland Oil and Gas Limited (45%). Eland is 100% Seplat Energy Plc own Subsidiary.
Elcrest owns 45% of OML 40 while NPDC (a subsidiary of NNPC) owns 55% of the OML 40. 55% of Elcrest is owned by Starcrest Energy Nigeria Limited, which is a subsidiary of the Chrome Group, and 45% by Seplat Petroleum Development Company (“Seplat”) which is listed on the Nigerian and London Stock Exchange.
